Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during high-volume periods. Withdrawals are disbursed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible.
The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and wagers are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your v12betmy account are derived from lawful sources. v12betmy is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for significant transactions. Deposits suspected to be derived from criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities and the account suspended pending investigation.
An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. v12betmy may levy a monthly inactivity fee of up to RM10 on dormant account balances after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal may be requested. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying the rollover will result in the bonus being voided and any associated winings forfeited.
While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted stake per bet is stated on each promotion page. Exceding this limit constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%), as specified per promotion. Sports betting contributions vary by market and are disclosed per offer.
Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the stated validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days) will be automatically removed from the account. Wagering requirement countdown commences from the time bonus is credited, not from first use.
v12betmy reserves the right to withold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines — in its sole and reasonable discretion — that bonus abuse has occurred. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, coordinating with other players to guarantee profit from promotions (bonus hunting), and placing offseting bets designed to artificially satisfy rollover requirements with minimal risk.
All bets are placed at the User's own risk and become binding once confirmed by the system. It is the User's responsibility to verify that bet details — including stake, selection, and odds — are correct before confirming. v12betmy is not responsible for errors in bets placed by the User.
v12betmy reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. This includes situations where the platform detects irregular betting patterns, potential system manipulation, or where a bet is placed after the event outcome has effectively been determined.
v12betmy reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or human input mistake ("palpable error"), irespective of whether such a bet has already been settled. Where a void is applied, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
All casino games, slot games, lottery and other RNG-based products on v12betmy operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information panels. The house edge is a mathematical feature of all games and does not constitute unfair practice.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding rollover requirements on active bonuses.
Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive the termination or expiry of these Terms and shall remain in full force and effect.
